I had a great time at the hotel, enjoying its clean and upscale rooms, and the staff's genuine friendliness. The location was perfect for exploring Central Park and other NYC attractions. However, I wished the hotel offered some dining options on-site, and the lack of a mini-fridge was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money despite these minor drawbacks.
